Poor service!!! I dropped my new Nissan Titan XD off to get body work done on the cab which came from factory defective. Body shop said it was painted before. Now I dropped my new Nissan Titan XD off to get body work done on the cab which came from factory defective. Body shop said it was painted before. Now mind you I brought it home and three days later ( after a good washing ) brought it back to salesman at the dealership. At which time we went to the body shop right away and walked around the truck with Ava and said no problem. Brought it back a sometime later to salesman James Desantis ( who is aces in my book) and went right to body shop. They had the truck 4 weeks before I called to see what was going on When talked to the manager Fred, he told me they just got the ok to fix it. No rental and they had my over 5 weeks. And still not done I need to bring back and have more work done. But I was smart and had a letter made out and signed saying they still needed to fix what was left. 👎 More

Very helpful I went in thinking the SEFCU Auto Advantage was the way to go. Was explained the program and realized leasing was a better option. Got the price I wan I went in thinking the SEFCU Auto Advantage was the way to go. Was explained the program and realized leasing was a better option. Got the price I wanted and the vehicle I wanted. One thing I was not happy about was that it was explained to me that if I purchased vehicle after leasing it, I would be charged $300.00 by Nissan. That might sway my business away from Nissan. As for the dealership and sales rep that were great. Nissan might want to rethink the $300.00. I am informing others about that. More
