Best dealership /salesman experience .... I didn’t NEED a new vehicle, but circumstances change and I decided it was time for AWD and a little extra space. I just walked in one day and was set up with Derek, who is a super nice guy, very approachable and very knowledgeable. I told Derek what I was interested in, but unfortunately the car I really wanted to see hadn’t made it’s way there from the auction it was purchased from yet. Derek offered to take me on a test drive in another vehicle, same year/model, to make sure I liked the set up. Of course I loved the Nissan Rogue and we agreed I’d come back when my vehicle of interest arrived. I liked that he wasn’t pushy by trying to force me to look at a bunch of other vehicles and that he respected my request to see the one I thought best suited me. Derek kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had. When the Rogue arrived, Derek let me know and we set up a time to meet, at my convenience, so I could go for a test drive. The Rogue was beautiful and after we took it for a drive I knew this was the car for me, super roomy and all the features were great. For the final sale appointment, other than being a busy due to being the end of the month, the final sale was pretty smooth. The gentleman who went over financing with me didn’t make new feel like I was dooming myself for not purchasing an extra warranty like other dealers have done to me in the past. That made me feel like they really stand behind the product they sell. I would definitely recommend Destination Nissan and return for another vehicle in the future. More

Pleasant 1st Time Visit with my Leased Rogue I had my first oil change visit and found the staff very accessible starting with the scheduling which I had to change due to a personal calendar chan I had my first oil change visit and found the staff very accessible starting with the scheduling which I had to change due to a personal calendar change and they were friendly and accommodating. When I arrived I drove in and got out of the car and went into the office area. I did feel confused at first but then Steve Kane got my attention and got me started. He checked my appointment on the computer and told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. I also asked him to look at my rear driver's side tire because the warning light had come on two days earlier and he added that to the list. Glad I did because a screw had lodged in the sidewall and we had to replace the tire. He was very professional when he brought me that news but said they had a replacement tire and it was then taken care of. I was out in 45 minutes. When checking out the person taking care of me said she had had a similar tire problem with her car and made the appointment more personal. More

Terrance was a great help in getting me what I wanted I really wasn’t looking to get a new SUV but once Terrance showed me the Rogue I currently have. I had to have it. Check engine light I came in thinking one thing was wrong and it would Just take a few hits to fix and left with a loaner car cause my car needed to be there for at min I came in thinking one thing was wrong and it would Just take a few hits to fix and left with a loaner car cause my car needed to be there for at min 5 days. The tech did he will try to have it finish by Thursday. I got my car back by Wednesday driving better than ever. Thanks guys More
