We met even before it was time to go into his office to finalize the deal. Ray has quite a laid back way about himself - no hard sell or high pressure. When I got to Ray's office, he explained the optional offerings to me along with his recommendations. I did purchase some of the products, such as the extended warranty, gap insurance and the sealant package. Buying a car can be stressful, but Ray's desk-side manner made me relax throughout the entire transaction. The auto buying world needs more great people like Ray Ramirez - buying a car was a pleasure at Destination Nisan. More
