Top of the line service and communication I was concerned about the brakes and transmission of my older model Nissan Sentra as it is the primary vehicle for my teenage son. The service technician, Eric Messier, was very clear with me about the problems and took the time to break down the multiple issues and provide a priority list of importance for safety sake. Eric's calm and clear, yet concerned demeanor put my mind at ease and allowed me to make decisions in the best of interest of safety and the family budget. In the past,I have never been a fan of dealership service centers, especially for older cars. Eric has changed my mind.
