A little disappointed....but LOVE my new car The day I picked up my car the inside detail on my car was sub par. I kept finding spots they either missed or didn't take the time to do. I didn't have gas in my car and my automatic lift gate for the trunk is not working properly. I have to schedule an appt. to bring it back for them to fix. The sales person I worked with (Jessica Bellon) was really nice and apologetic about the car not being properly detailed and the other things that went wrong. I do like my car and I hope they can fix the trunk lift gate and properly detail the inside of my car and add that NEW CAR SMELL which I was looking forward to :) More

It was amazing. I was searching for a vehicle under $10,000. I found an Altima at your dealership. I requested to see the vehicle online. I was given Jessica Bellon a I was searching for a vehicle under $10,000. I found an Altima at your dealership. I requested to see the vehicle online. I was given Jessica Bellon as my salesperson. I showed up to take a look at the vehicle and Jess was there to greet me and had the car ready for a test drive. We went on the test drive and I was very satisfied with the vehicle. We returned to the dealership and I told Jess that I was going to look at a couple more vehicles to compare. She never pressured me but went to the manager and got the best deal. I said I would be in touch. After looking at several other vehicles I was still leaning toward the Altima. I contacted Jess and said I would like to take it out again. I made an appointment and the car was ready. She said take it out and drive it. So I did and I pretty much decided that was the vehicle for me. I had an appointment later that day to look at another vehicle. Jess again never pressured me. She is the first salesperson I've ever dealt with that didn't pressure me at all. After looking further I decided to buy the Altima. She said she could complete the deal the same day (3/27/19). She said to come in at 5:30 that day and everything would be ready. Well the car was ready and she was ready but the Finance person was backed up (due to someone abruptly leaving the company earlier in the week). It was taking a long time in order to get to finish the deal with him. He had an irate customer waiting and things were a little tense. That's when Adam Dawson stepped in because he saw that customers were getting a little inpatient. He said he would get my paperwork printed and help me. He absolutely did! He got me out of there within 10 minutes. Thanks to Jess an Adam my buying experience turned out really positive. They are truly professionals who understand the buying experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your dealership. We have been leasing vehicles through DePaula Chevrolet for years but when our next lease is up we will definitely come back to Destination Nissan and see what you guys can do.
