My goal isn’t just to sell you any car, I want to get you into the vehicle you want. The car buying process doesn’t need to be as stressful and challenging as most people make it out to be. The process I follow will make things fun, which it should be. Also, get you driving away in your new vehicle in a timely fashion. A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF I chose to make the move to sales after my daughter was born. Getting paid $10-15/ hr wasn’t enough to pay the cost of living, let alone be able to support my daughter. I made the leap starting with door to door sales out in Southern California, did that for 2yrs. Couldn’t stand the long periods away from my daughter. So, I came back home. A friend of mine suggested I get into a car dealership and I haven’t looked back. I’ve always been a “car guy” I love seeing the excitement come across my customers face when they get to drive away in their new vehicle!!

Honestly, everything went well. The folks in the service department were nice I like to kid around a little bit and they were somewhat receptive to it my only complaint but it's rea The folks in the service department were nice I like to kid around a little bit and they were somewhat receptive to it my only complaint but it's really not a complaint is the girl with the tattoos gave me a hard time but I'm only kidding it would be great if somebody said that to her. Just saying that I complained about her and then say I was kidding........ this is for the management of your dealership destination Nissan. my last three cars I bought from your dealership and each time the salesman said if you rate me a 10 on the survey that you'll be receiving after I buy the car I will get a book of five free oil changes. Never once did I get a book of oil changes for free. At one point I went to the manager I forget who it was sorry, his cold response was well those sales people don't work here anymore. I think that was totally unprofessional at the very least after buying three cars should have went in service and got me a book and handed it to me and said I apologize but I can at least do this for you More

I just leased my 4th car with Destination Nissan, over the years with each lease I have always had good experiences working with them. This time, I was more of a difficult customer with last minute chang the years with each lease I have always had good experiences working with them. This time, I was more of a difficult customer with last minute changes and my salesmen Lucas could not have been more accomodating and nice about it. He and the manager Adam heard what I needed and worked to find what I wanted. I get my maintenance at Destination Nissan as well and have always had an awesome experience. I woud reccomend them to anyone looking for a car. More

Matt Vangelderis is hands down the best car salesman I have ever had the privilege of working with and it's not even close. From start to finish he provided my family and I with complete white glove service. He was extremely professional, very thorough, and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were purchasing. He went through all of the features for our new Nissan Rouges Platniums and he took the time to make it easy to understand how everything works. I have worked in sales myself for over 6 years and I was blown away with the experience I had at Destination Nissan and working with Matt and Adam. Adam Dawson the sales manager was also very nice and professional as well. He took the time to make sure my family and I were happy and comfortable with our vehicle purchases. Dishonest, Very disappointed. Called 20 dealers on Friday to find a Z. Granted some dealers are Market adjusting these cars, So I would ask and if they did I would move on. Naomi at Destination Nissan Verified by text the Selling price on the car was $52,710, I had them call the General Manager to make sure. I immediately Put a deposit down. I was excited to find a Z at MSRP. So I stopped my search. This dealer was 3 hrs from me and I had a local deal at $2500 over MSRP. But I don't mind driving for a deal. Destination Nissan Got the Z in on Monday. Tuesday morning they sent me a picture of it and was told by Max He is working on a price. I told him there was already an agreement at MSRP, He said he would send me a purchase agreement. To my surprise it was $63,571... general Manager Adam would not honor the agreement they made 2 nights ago. That's a 20% mark up on a car they agreed to sell at MSRP 2 nights ago. If they just told me they were market adjusting, I would have moved on the the next deal. This is a typical case of Flip flop hoping I would pay more. I simply would not have put a deposit on a deal and get my hopes up and get all excited. I am not mad they are marking the car up, I am mad they flat out lied to me about selling it to me at MSRP and then backed out of the deal. Dishonest and bad business practice in my opinion. Just be honest in the first place, why even say yes in the first place. I would have just moved on. I have never left a Negative review about a company. But this dealership and specially general manager really disappointed me. They would not own up to their promise. They called it a misunderstanding. More
