Sale & Finance help above and beyond. Service Dept. ??? Sales manager and sale staff member gave 110% to assist in my purchase. Since most of the pre-delivery sale was completed by long distance phone, I h Sales manager and sale staff member gave 110% to assist in my purchase. Since most of the pre-delivery sale was completed by long distance phone, I had to depend and be confident with/on their ability, and they did!! HOWEVER, the pre-delivery checklist failed its purpose: 1) I left your dealership to return directly to Florida and discovered upon dark the vehicle had NO high beam head lights and will require Dealer Warranty service in Florida. Check list indicates operation checked. NOT SO! 2) Tire pressure indiciates set at 36 psi on check list. NOT SO! Tire pressure well exceed 36 psi. and each tire several psi. different from each other. Check list signed off by: McNamara and Richardson More
