Great experience Purchased a 2017 Nissan Rouge from Destination Nissan last week and had a wonderful experience. My husband and I went to the lot to look. Albert came out asked if we needed help, when we told him we were just looking he told us to take our time and let him know if we had any questions. He didn't "stalk us" through the lot, or pressure us, which often happens at dealerships. When I was ready to test drive, we went back and found him. He was super friendly, but not pushy at all. We decided to proceed with the purchase and everything went smoothly. Communication was great, everything was done quickly. The GM came out and introduced himself to us when we were waiting on some paperwork. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. Albert handled all the insurance information, as well as transferring of our plates. Our finance guy was also amazing, taking the time to talk to us about all the details of the warranty as well as all the finance jargon that is sometimes overwhelming. I cant thank them enough for making it an enjoyable experience! More
