Payment Process Needs Work There needs to be a better way to form a line to access the Payment Center. Staff cut in front of me while I was waiting to pay. There is no good spot to stand while waiting in line to pay and stay socially distance from other customers. When I was ready to pay, there was a staff member standing at the counter. He was texting on his phone, so it was hard to say if he was waiting or just standing there. There was an occupied chair near the counter, so I had to stand back from them. Another staff member then walked past me to the counter. At first, it just looked like she went to talk to the person already at the counter, but he then left and she conducted her business. This was very upsetting. Maybe staff should have an alternate route to the Payment Center or a roped-off path that clearly lets everyone form a line. More
