This recent service appointment was not a good one. First, they no longer provide the shuttle service. My service advisor was Steve. We had a very difficult time communicating effectively with each ot First, they no longer provide the shuttle service. My service advisor was Steve. We had a very difficult time communicating effectively with each other. I came in to have a headlight bulb replaced, an oil change, an inspection and to have the screw on the exhaust heat shield tightened. My car did not pass inspection because it needed a new steering tire rod which the Service Department did not have. If I didn't leave my car I would have had to pay for the inspection again. To tighten the screw on the heat shield cost $82+ (are you kidding me????). Because I needed a new tie rod I also had to ha e an alignment. Total cost $516.00 I picked my car up the next day and noticed as I was driving out of the dealership that my tire pressure light was on. I also noticed that the heat shield was still rattling and now I have some new scraping sound by the front driver's side tire. I immediately called Steve and was untold that there were no appointments available for 2 weeks. I told him that was completely unacceptable. He asked me to bring the car in on Tuesday (7/7/2020) and he would "fit me in". I have been a customer here for years and this was by far the worst experience I have had. So, I called and left a message for Tony the Service Department Manager. Never got a call back. Brought my car back into the shop Tuesday morning at 7:00 to have the screeching sound from my right front tire checked, the rattling from the Heat shield checked and to see if I needed a new passenger side rear tire because it was flat this past Sunday. After two and a half hours I was told that there was nothing wrong with the tire, that the heat shield was fine and that now I needed all new brakes and a new drive belt. I asked how is it possible that 4 days ago you passed the cars inspection and now I need new brakes? And why wasn't the drive belt an issue then either? I will NEVER take my vehicle here again. I have been a customer for 6 years. Brought my car to an independent auto shop this past Monday. The brakes are fine and so is the drive belt. If I could give this place a "0" rating I would More
