Honesty is Key I purchased a vehicle less than 6 months ago at Destination Nissan. I was treated well, customer service is great at this dealership. But now every ti I purchased a vehicle less than 6 months ago at Destination Nissan. I was treated well, customer service is great at this dealership. But now every time I take my barely Used 2019 Nissan Rogue in for service (oil change), the service department finds something that is wrong with my vehicle, that I must get fixed. I am unsure at this point if they sold me a vehicle in bad condition (and its supposed to be certified pre-owned), or if they are just trying to take advantage of a younger girl. With less than 6 months of owning and purchasing the car (with a low mileage)- they told me I need to replace my brakes. I also had just fixed one item and the next time I went in for service (which was 3 months later), they proceeded to tell me that I needed to fix that same issue. With this being presented, I am now very suspicious in the honesty of this service center. If that is truly the case, they either did not fix it the 1st time, or they clearly are not doing the "27 multi-point inspection" that they say they do and they are just checking off things to be done to get more money during a service appointment..because if they were actually doing the 27 multi-point inspection, they would have seen that the item doesn't need to be replaced- after just replacing 3 months ago. When I confronted the service worker, he said well sometimes they just put stuff- so I can double check that for you. He never doubled checked on that either...Overall this service center is very suspicious and I now feel that I can't trust what my car actually needs and what they are just trying to sell me to make more money. More

Great service in these trying times I was treated with the utmost of professionalism at my last visit to the service department. COVID protocols were strictly maintained.
