pleasant, clean well this was a long service visit. i was there for 3 hours, the place was set up to covid 19 standards. Eric was wearing a face covering as i was. due to the covid 19 there was usually coffee and refreshments but there were none at this visit. understandable. restroom was clean and also i saw a gentlemen come in and sanitized the place and empty seats while i was there. i felt at ease. my car is running beautifully. as far as price goes, considering i have to pay for a technician it is understandable how expensive it is for their expertise and i appreciate that. one of the reasons why i go to Nisson is because i count on them knowing how to fix their vehicles and how to maintain them and hoping that they get the training they need to keep up with the changes.
