Had the truck serviced March 27, 2020, the oil was to be changed but it was not, fluids were supposed to be topped off but we're not, we have to take the truck to another shop to see if the fuel filters wer changed but it was not, fluids were supposed to be topped off but we're not, we have to take the truck to another shop to see if the fuel filters were actually changed that we paid for. The last visit, we paid for the fuel filters to be changed out and a week later the truck was not getting fuel, took it back to destination and they tried to get us to pay for service again for the fuel filters. The oil is black so the oil was never changed, it was low on oil when we got it home, low on coolant so they said they topped everything off but never did. We will never take it back to destination. We still have three years of free look changes that we can never use. We are disgusted with the service department. We plan on speaking to someone higher up there but we know that won't get us anywhere. The sales department was wonderful when we purchased the truck. More
