Fast and easy oil change I was at the dealership for a routine oil change this week and it was a quick and easy experience. I had made the appointment online and waited at the dealership for the service to be completed. They took my car back quickly and it was returned to me with the oil change completed and the car washed in about an hour. My previous service visits here have been a similar experience. I had a not-so-great experience with this dealership when I went through the process to lease my car, but my experience with the service department has been the complete opposite. Quick and efficient. Much appreciated! More

From the call to schedule thru the cash out and pick up staff was excellent. The Master service technician (don’t know the name) had the work completed well before the promised time. He really went the distance to make sure I wasn’t billed twice for diagnosing an intermittent problem.
