Oil change and tire rotation. I am not impressed with the service I have received the last few times I had my vehicle maintained. Previously you were updated on the service and it I am not impressed with the service I have received the last few times I had my vehicle maintained. Previously you were updated on the service and it doesn't happen as much as it used to. I requested a tire rotation last time and it was not done due to the tire tread but I was not given the option to make a decision. I did not receive a survey after my last visit to respond to this issue.The tires are only 2 years old. Steve Kane was the team member. The PSi on my vehicle showed 30 when I brought it in and yet it didn't seem to be checked. According to the vehicle it should be 33 PSI. Shouldn't someone put some air in the tires--what is the point of checking them. Also while waiting for the vehicle I received a text message from the dealer saying if I had any questions to contact Steve Kane--not sure why. Usually I prefer to have Chad for my service because he has always been very friendly and helpful. However, things seem to be different at the service department. Not sure I will take my vehicle back to this dealer for service or purchase another vehicle at this dealer. More

Bright car in for winter tire exchange. During exchange they said inspection due at end of month. I said ok. Said I needed a led light I said ok put in. The said don’t have one need to come back plays pay they said inspection due at end of month. I said ok. Said I needed a led light I said ok put in. The said don’t have one need to come back plays pay another 10 dollars! Because you didn’t have the part! Left and engine light came on!! Never happened before on the car and you can check all records!! Then said oh yea can’t pass inspection if it’s on!! I said it wasn’t on in that part of the inspection until you had the car!!! Finally agreed to inspect but now light on and wanted to charge me 120 dollars to see what the issue is!! The issue yours! That cars light never came on and all of a sudden I bring for an inspection and it pops on!!! So disappointed!!!! More
