I would like to do a review on an ipad device right after I get my car back or get a text with a reminder. Otherwise, I will not remember. Eric was very helpful, informative, courteous and respectful during my visit to Destination Nissan for diagnosis of the cause of the "malfunction ligh Eric was very helpful, informative, courteous and respectful during my visit to Destination Nissan for diagnosis of the cause of the "malfunction light" appearing on my 2013 Nissan Versa SV. Indeed, he gave me the best service I've ever had anywhere to have my car diagnosed and repaired. I attribute this to his expertise and simply his respectful, caring communication with me, and I believe with others as well, as I had never met him before. I also communicated with him by phone prior to making the appointment for the diagnosis and he was very understanding of certain financial limitations! I will be calling again soon to have the circuitry problem corrected by replacement of the right rear taillight assembly (cause of the dashboard warning) and also to have my brakes redone prior to the next inspection date. He also provided me with a brochure in print presenting the results of the diagnostics, recommendations and anticipated cost. Thank you for your excellent service and customer communications!
