Frustrated Overall I’ve never had a bad experience and the staff is great. However, the fact that I had to pay for service on a car that’s not even a year old an Overall I’ve never had a bad experience and the staff is great. However, the fact that I had to pay for service on a car that’s not even a year old and is a lease has me less than happy. Other than the normal oil changes etc any other random things that happen to a lease in my opinion should not be my responsibility when xxxx goes wrong! More

Outstanding Service! I purchased a new car last year and my car has been services twice now. Each time has been a pleasant experience. Everyone in the service department I purchased a new car last year and my car has been services twice now. Each time has been a pleasant experience. Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable and friendly. This last time, I arrived an hour early because I miscalculated how long it would take me to run errands in the area. Upon arrival I told Eric I realized I was an hour early and would have to wait. He said he would try to get me in sooner so I wouldn't have to wait. He told me approximately how long it would take to service my car (update the camera and get an inspection). To my surprise he did fit me in early and I was done by when my appointment time should have been. In addition, the inspection cost less than any standard inspection I have ever received. Plus they give you a free car wash when you bring your car in. It was a pleasant experience in every way. Thank you for the continuous great service, friendly demeanors and professionalism! Checkout is a breeze, too! More

Service Deparftment Kudos I would like to thank Chad Richardson for all his help with my Rogue Sport and Roque I brought in for computer updates and oil change, tire rotation a I would like to thank Chad Richardson for all his help with my Rogue Sport and Roque I brought in for computer updates and oil change, tire rotation and inspection for the Rogue Sport. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. My cars were expertly worked on and to top it off both received free car washes (a service I appreciate). I dropped off both cars and even received a call from Chad about changing out two filters on the Rogue Sport which I appreciate before they were just installed. I also appreciate the coupons I receive to help with the bill but most importantly I love the free oil changes. So kudps to the Chad and the entire Service Department from the advisors, technicians and the cashiers! More
