I had a simple issue that required a simple solution, but no I was quoted a ridiculous amount for parts and labor for something that did not need replacing. Just 2 screws and that would have fixed the issue. Som I was quoted a ridiculous amount for parts and labor for something that did not need replacing. Inconvenient service Took my car in for a day service- ended up being there 4 days. No rental or loaner given unless I paid. Ended up having to then take my car to Honda for a warranty repair. Won’t be taking it back to Albany again. Dustin was good about updating me but in the end it was just too inconvenient for us, and I had to pay way more for the diagnostic fee then I feel I should have. More
