Oil change Came in because my steering was making noises when I turn the wheel. They stated the rotors need changing. The charge was ridiculous over a grand. The adjusted something I paid $60. Then when I left I noticed he entered my mileage wrong. Way over than whatbit was. I emailed no reply. I texted them a pic. I didn’t want an issue when the pathofinder gets returned in August. I never heard back. More

Excellent service My visit was effortless, Dustin greeted me immediately, asked what the reason for my visit. He signed me in, & told me where to wait. I mentioned I My visit was effortless, Dustin greeted me immediately, asked what the reason for my visit. He signed me in, & told me where to wait. I mentioned I had to be out in an hour, he said no problem. He let me know when the car was almost ready ( within the hour) & notified me when it was ready. Can’t think of anything that would have made the visit better. More

Pleasant 1st Time Visit with my Leased Rogue I had my first oil change visit and found the staff very accessible starting with the scheduling which I had to change due to a personal calendar chan I had my first oil change visit and found the staff very accessible starting with the scheduling which I had to change due to a personal calendar change and they were friendly and accommodating. When I arrived I drove in and got out of the car and went into the office area. I did feel confused at first but then Steve Kane got my attention and got me started. He checked my appointment on the computer and told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. I also asked him to look at my rear driver's side tire because the warning light had come on two days earlier and he added that to the list. Glad I did because a screw had lodged in the sidewall and we had to replace the tire. He was very professional when he brought me that news but said they had a replacement tire and it was then taken care of. I was out in 45 minutes. When checking out the person taking care of me said she had had a similar tire problem with her car and made the appointment more personal. More
