I wasn't sure why I was having issues with my Nissan Rogue, but Eric was able to explain everything to me and now I was able to send the car back to t I wasn't sure why I was having issues with my Nissan Rogue, but Eric was able to explain everything to me and now I was able to send the car back to the auto body shop because they did not do a great job replacing my transmission coolant. Eric is the best!! I brought my car in to have the front struts replaced and was given a timeframe as to when I could expect it to be done. The service has gotten considerably faster, my biggest gripe used to be tha The service guys here are always really friendly and I am trying to help. The service has gotten considerably faster, my biggest gripe used to be that it would take over two hours for an oil change but that has improved and it took less than an hour the last time for everything including the car wash. They always have snacks and coffee available which is nice. Overall they are very professional. I think the only Annoying part about dealership service is that it tends to be more expensive than other or local garages but I have a lease so I’m only taking it to a Nissan place. Other than the fact that I wish they were a bit cheaper overall they are highly professional and would recommend More
