Roberto Hernandez an d Geroge Bliven provided me all the information on lease offers available to me four months before the end of my ongoing lease. Within a couple hours I had chosen a new lease for a 2017 SL Maxima and Roberto and George helped me navigate the lease finances. I had the Maxima home that same day. The attention to details as well as providing me a great overview of the Maxima, got me to get a new car four months ahead of schedule. Great guys, great service, great financing and a beautiful car. Great experience leasing a Rouge! My wife and my daughter went there with me to get the oil changed on our Sentra and had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle. Six hours later I dropped off the Sentra on a trade and leased a Nissan Rouge. My wife asked me to find out what a lease payment would be on the Rouge just for the heck of it. I asked Tim Curley who was as professional as a salesmen can be. He was the most honest car salesmen I have ever worked a deal with. This is the second vehicle I purchased there and will continue to give them my business in the future for sure. Tried hard to please but charged for failed service attempt. The service was efficient and courteous and their work overall was very good. However, I had been sold a keyfob by a third party that was the sole p The service was efficient and courteous and their work overall was very good. However, I had been sold a keyfob by a third party that was the sole purpose for my visit to this dealer. The service rep. accepted this and told me how much it would be to program the car to use it. He, like me assumed it was the right part for my car. 2 hours later he gave me a call to let me know that he felt the rear shocks needed to be replaced on the car, and despite a higher price than a local shop would charge for this service I agreed to the additional work (around 450 with alignment). The following day he called me to tell me that the keyfob I had gotten from an outside source was not compatible with my vehicle. Maybe this is a better thing to investigate before you agree to do service? I accepted this as my issue and left without the only thing I really needed done to the car being completed. However, despite getting 450 for the shocks, another 2K (his estimate) for recall work, they decided to also charge me $85 for the failed programming. I take responsibility for it being my part, but 2 things will keep me from going back. 1. why would Nissan make keyfobs so similar on their surface that a service tech cannot tell you by looking at them that they are for different vehicles? 2. after taking more than $2500 in service fees for my visit, why would they not comp the failed attempt to program the FOB. They charge an hour of service to plug in a computer and try to program, I am suspect that it takes that long. More
