I had a scheduled appointment and upon my arrival I was acknowledged and told someone would assist me. After about 10 minutes another service worker came over and asked if I was being helped and when I sa acknowledged and told someone would assist me. He immediately assisted me and checked me in and reviewed the devices and price and the expected time of completion. I sat I the waiting area that was clean and met COVID safety guidelines. I had internet access and able to work while I waited. I was out within the timeframe stated. My vehicle was washed and the agent checked the vehicle with me and provided me with my paperwork.
