I purchased my Jeep at the dealership and have had all of my service work done there. While everyone I have encountered at the dealership is friendly, Ken Hope is the service advisor I prefer to work with. my service work done there. I am impressed with the fact that the service department is so honest. If you don't need it they will tell you. I was certain I needed brakes but was told everything looked fine so not yet. Also, I was told by someone else that a tune up was overdue when in fact, Deur-Speet said not for another 15K miles. I really appreciate that! More
