Anti-freeze issues Called to make apt - they were quick to find a day that worked for me - brought it in at 8 am on Wed morning -Needed anti-freeze drained and new put i Called to make apt - they were quick to find a day that worked for me - brought it in at 8 am on Wed morning -Needed anti-freeze drained and new put in, also needed an oil change. Was told that it probably wouldn't be ready til afternoon. They did not have a loaner car as all their vehicles are now rental cars and none were available for me. Walked to downtown area (about a block away) to do some shopping at local stores. ) Stopped at a small cafe/restaurant and had breakfast...found out none of the stores open til 10 am...Figuring I had many hours to kill, I stopped in at a local coffee shop and got a latte and a cinnamon roll. Sat for about 30 mins waiting for stores to open. 10:00 am finally arrived - headed out to check out the local stores - when got call from dealership that car was ready. It was really quick, which I wasn't prepared for, but was happy car was done. I will def use this dealership again. Their friendly and quick service was a Godsend. Thank you car dealership for your fast service. More

Attentive and 'go the extra mile' Don was very attentive to my concerns and needs. I was surprised that a 23 point vehicle check-up and car wash was included with no charge. Always get great service and thorough explanation when I have diagnoses and warranty work done. My only complaint is this last visit I have a mopar credit card with a rewards program.
