We had a problem with our own vehicle (not the one we purchased). It was a Friday afternoon and I didn't know who to call so I called Devils Lake Ford and talked to Steve. He sent out their own technician to help us out. I received multiple followup emails making sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and reminding us that if we have any problems or questions, they would be happy to help.
