We took our Jeep in to respond to a recall notice- no intention of trading that All the people we worked with were very helpful & great to work with. We took our Jeep in to respond to a recall notice- no intention of trading that day, but ended up trading for a beautiful new Jeep. It was later in the evening when we went back to pick up the car, but Ryan, Dave & Mark all were there to help us finish all the paperwork & even got a crash course from Ryan on how to navigate all the systems on our new vehicle. Thanks Dave for all the time you took to go thru & explain all the paperwork figures. Thanks to all of you for a great trade & for the ease of negotiating/closing the deal. This is the 2nd time we have bought here & are very satisfied/ glad we returned to this dealership. You all made it a great buying experience. We definitely recommend this dealership- everyone is very friendly & willing to help. More

Absolutely awful customer service. Almost never got called back or received any form of communication. Instead of contacting me they chose to contact my father, who had no business know Almost never got called back or received any form of communication. Instead of contacting me they chose to contact my father, who had no business knowing the details of my car repair. Even when I was the one calling, out of 21 calls throughout a day, only once did they answer, only to tell me that they didn't know what was going on and would have to call me back. xxxx poor customer service. Some of the worst I've ever had. More

Terrible service department Brought a vehicle in for some Recalls and a steering issue. Took almost 4 weeks for an opening. They determined problem and fixed what they said. Did this 3 times, changing GOOD parts because of bad Diagnostics. Now out of money and can't afford to get it fixed, and it's unsafe to drive. Again, they were not changing bad or worn parts, they were swapping good parts because they did not troubleshoot correctly and it cost me well over $1500.00 and I still can't drive it safely. Now they totally ignore the issue and me. More

We were approached by Justin who asked what we were interested in and actually listened to what I told him. He pointed out the vehicles they had on the lot, what the difference was in trim levels, etc. Justin answered a lot of questions from me and spoke directly to me. I've had issues with salesman speaking to my husband and not me before so that definitely gave Justin a leg up. Test drove a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, loved it, and made the deal. It was late when we got there and about 2130 when we left. Everyone was gracious and respectful. I highly recommend Justin Carter and Dewey. We would absolutely do business with them again. More

Al Almir went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable car buying experience. After having an accident and needing a new vehicle, I began my search. Almir contacted me when I expressed interest in a vehicle I had seen online. I explained the situation of how I was interested, but had no way to get there. Almir (on two occasions) went out of his way to drive me to and from the dealership so that I could purchase a vehicle. He answered every single question I had and worked with me to find the perfect one for me. I never felt pressured to buy something I wasn't truly in love with. Almir followed up on my endless questions. After purchasing my vehicle (that I'm still in love with), I can confidently say that I would suggest Almir to anyone seeking a new vehicle. More

I took my car in due to a clunking noise I was hearing. They told me about 7 different things wrong with it, totaling close to $2,500! I only had them fix what was covered under warranty and it took a week to fix. They never offered a loaner car or anything. When I asked about getting one, I would told he would look into it, and then I was never contacted regarding a loaner car. I took my car to a different place and was told it only needed new struts, not the 6 other things they claimed to be wrong with my car. They don't answer their phone and are not friendly. I emailed the general manager about my awful experience, and never got a response back, so it is apparent they do not care about their customers! More
