Purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee over the phone/internet, drove 2 hours to pick it up, and was very pleased! We have purchased other new vehicles in the past, and never have gotten the such a phone/internet, drove 2 hours to pick it up, and was very pleased! We have purchased other new vehicles in the past, and never have gotten the such a good explanation of the "bells and whistles" of our vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products sold. We will most certainly use this dealership again!! More

To start I purchased and F150 but Ford is not a vehicle option for this dealership. I came to Dewey Dodge because I told Tony if he found a truck for me id come take a look at it. I drove 1.5 hours to come option for this dealership. I came to Dewey Dodge because I told Tony if he found a truck for me id come take a look at it. I drove 1.5 hours to come see the truck and the second I walked in the door was greeted with kindness and help. Tony had another sales associate assist him on the initial over view of the truck to make sure no information was left out about the vehicle. Tony however was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and how the buying process was going to work. The test drive went great I was able to take my time and get a feel for the vehicle. Once the test drive was over we went to Tony's desk and he began the paper work process so that I an another associate could discuss the price of the truck. I spoke to a few different employees that day, on sales, price, aftermarket, and financing. All did a great job on explaining the details of everything to me so I understood it all. Especially Rob when it came to the financing and my original Salesman Tony was there in between it all to make sure the down time between each person was comfortable. I also purchased and undercoating from Stephanie and came back 2 weeks later for that service with Mark Kavaya and he was excellent in making sure I got my rental vehicle and I was very satisfied with the service performed on my new truck. I would highly recommend Dewey Dodge to anyone I know. Great first time dealership buying experience. More

We came in to Dewey Dodge to buy a 2013 Chrysler 300! We had a great experience with everyone there, including the sales, finance, and management. I went into Dewey for a regular service visit on my 2 Dr wrangler. While I was waiting Greg Tellis remembered me and said hello. He asked how everything was going. Told him my wife and I were looking into t wrangler. While I was waiting Greg Tellis remembered me and said hello. He asked how everything was going. Told him my wife and I were looking into trading our 2 door for a 4 door wrangler. Once again Greg blew me away with his service to our needs. I have now purchased two vehicles from Greg and would buy a third when the time comes. They were fair on my trade-in and payments stayed pretty reasonable for the vehicle I bought. 5 stars all the way for Greg, management, financing, parts, and service. Aftermarket / parts team are amazing. Stephanie Peterson took time to show me her personal vehicle to see what aftermarket products would look like on a Jeep.
