I have gotten my last couple cars from Dewey in Ankeny, only Fords which I was very happy with. Since this is a company car, I needed to work with the fleet sales guy. After about a 20 minute wait they sen only Fords which I was very happy with. Since this is a company car, I needed to work with the fleet sales guy. After about a 20 minute wait they sent Glenn out to work with me. He was a rock star, pure and simple. I told him what I wanted, we added a few upgrades and go the magic number that my company had pre set. As our company was in transition from one fleet manager to another the process got slowed on our end. Glenn simply called about every 10 days to make sure we were still good to go. On the day I drove the car home, I found out that Glenn received NO credit for the sale whatsoever, since he was not the fleet guy. Since I am a salesman this infuriated me, but Glenn assured me that he was okay with it. I am in hopes that the fleet sales dude understands that Glenn could have been a pain the,,,,well you know but chose to be a professional. Thanks to Glenn I will look to Dodge once again, as I get a new car every 16 months or so. He has won a customer for Dewey. More

We had a excellant experience with glenn. He was very patient and honest with us. We came in there hoping for a jeep, and at this time it was not possible but he did get us into a car to help with our cr patient and honest with us. I initially visited Dewey Dodge looking for a used truck in another brand. I was very specific in what I was looking for and Corey made every effort to show me the vehicles available to them both on the lo in another brand. After being unable to find the specific model and asking me what it was that drew me toward it Corey offered to show me a 2013 Ram Big Horn with many of the same options I was looking for with a price and financing that made purchasing new worth looking at. After a test drive and negotiating pricing and options, I left completely satisfied. Working with Corey was such a pleasure that my wife and I will be going to him directly for our next purchase. Stephanie Peterson was also exceptionally helpful in coordinating colors and options for adding leather to the interior and running boards. The after sales service was much more than expected with a coordinator showing the use of the options of the truck and even syncing up our cell phones with the vehicle using Bluetooth. Mr. O’Donnell was very friendly and easy to work with when negotiating the value of the trade in and options. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Dewey Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM and look forward to working with them in the Future. I've taken my truck to Dewey a couple times since we moved to the area. First I had a warranty issue with my heater that required parts to be ordered. No problem. When I picked up my vehicle to await parts, the heat did not work at all. At least I had heat prior to them working on it but now nothing but cold air. They did get me a rental to use because it was so cold out. When it was done, I found three large scratches on the passenger side door. They were clearly fresh and I believe they resulted from the door being open against a rack while they were working on it. Dewey tried to fix it but in doing so created a horrible looking buffing/blending mark about a foot in diameter. Also while doing the paint work they somehow broke off the mirror on that door. I would have never known but they were honest about it and let me know they had replaced it. On another occasion I had my oil changed so they ran the truck through the car wash for me when they brought it to me. That was nice but I wish they would have closed the back window before doing so. They wiped it up with a shop towel and sent me on my way without so much as an apology. I have not had any issues with the heater they fixed but I hate seeing the big light spot in the middle of my door from the buffing and blending of the paint repair. I certainly wish I had a better, more competent choice in the area. More

I was in desperate need of a vehicle because of a new job I have received. I looked online and saw a 2011 Dodge Charger SE for sale used and after looking at a few pictures of the vehicle I was in love with I have received. The price they were advertising was really hard to ignore and very competitive in my eyes. I called the dealership and spoke with Almir Smailbegovic and told him I would be in the following day to test drive and check out the vehicle. When I pulled into the lot I noticed the car sitting right outside the front door waiting for me and it appeared to be all shined up! When I walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Almir with a friendly smile on his face and a prompt firm handshake. We walked outside and he started showing me EVERYTHING about the cars features, any questions I had were answered as soon as I was finished speaking. He was very knowledgable of the car which helped and let me know he knew what he was talking about. I told him I was definitely interested in the car and we figured out some numbers and got everything almost taken care of, I needed to check out my financing availability to make sure I could afford it and left. Later that evening I was given a call to see if I had any other questions about the car and needed anything else, and I let him know that I would be in the next day to buy the car! Overall he was extremely friendly, very professional looking and also professional with the way he carried himself, he was very knowledgable of everything I needed to know, and very fast at getting things done. I would DEFINITELY recommend EVERYONE to go to this dealership if you are looking for great competitive prices and friendly employees, Almir was a great help and I will recommend people to him anytime I hear of someone looking for a car!
