Theft I purchased a new car from Dewey Ford and they sent my loan payoff to the wrong bank, refused to believe that they had done so, and refused to investi I purchased a new car from Dewey Ford and they sent my loan payoff to the wrong bank, refused to believe that they had done so, and refused to investigate where the money had actually gone. When they finally paid off my loan 60 days later, they got to do so for $186 less (the payoff amount was less because I had to keep making payments on a car they now owned) and they pocketed that amount. That says nothing of the extra interest I had to pay while they were refusing to help. I have been trying to get a hold of and leaving message for multiple people in their finance department for over a month, and have not received a call back. More

Great Experience. Maria Flores was my first contact but unfortunately she was with another customer when I arrived to have my truck serviced. Ray Stoner a sales consultant and another gentleman (please forgive me but I cannot remember his name) came down to visit with me. Both gentleman were courteous, professional, and helpful. I enjoyed doing business with them. I will say that Maria stayed in contact with Ray to see if everything was going well or if she could help. I haven't had a bad experience with Dewey anytime I have purchased a vehicle and that has been 3 times, all pickups They follow up with phone calls to make sure everything is going well and if I had any questions. I have recommended Dewey to 2 of my friends and they each purchased a vehicle. One was a Chevy man and he bought a F150 and has said that Dewey is a great place to purchase from. I would recommend Dewey to any of my friends and family. More
