Service Department It was a dark stormy winter night. Blizzard conditions hit suddenly with minimal visibility. I had been "driving" my Ford police interceptor from acci It was a dark stormy winter night. Blizzard conditions hit suddenly with minimal visibility. I had been "driving" my Ford police interceptor from accident to accident as I am an emergency medical technician. The road conditions became so bad so quickly and with my worn summer tires still on the vehicle, I had no choice but to limp my cruiser into the service drive of Dewey Ford. It was 15 minutes before closing time. They could have easily turned me away until the morning... Not only did the service department rush my vehicle into the shop, several dedicated service technicians band together after hours to install 4 new snow-tires on my vehicle "pit crew" style. Thanks so much to service adviser Rusty Bogue, Greg Freshour, service manager John Bentley (who made it happen), and the service technician crew of Dewey Ford. I was back in the storm within 30 minutes doing what I do best. My vehicle cut through the snow and ice better than ever before, thanks to you guys. More

I would definitely buy here again! I went in for a oil change and left with a new car. My lease wasn't up for 4 months yet, they worked it all out with me having a new car and the deale I went in for a oil change and left with a new car. My lease wasn't up for 4 months yet, they worked it all out with me having a new car and the dealer paying for my last 4 payments. I was in out the door within 3 hours! Cleaned out my car in the service bay where it was nice and warm and I was even asked by Mac if he could help me. Great group of people, very friendly and helpful!! More
