Overpriced used car, I left when they wouldn’t take my offer & as soon as I left they marked it down to my offer. Not very friendly. On 6/28/23, Dewey Ford Service, Ankeny, IA recommended the replacement of the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter on my 2015 Ford F250 (est. $7500) I declined the repair deciding to get a 2nd opinion. I too the replacement of the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter on my 2015 Ford F250 (est. $7500) I declined the repair deciding to get a 2nd opinion. I took my truck to an independent repair center. The DPF did not need replacement. The DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) system needed repair in order to clean & regenerate the DPF. My truck’s emission system is functioning normally. I am very happy I didn’t trust Dewey Ford with this repair. I am $7500 richer & Dewey Ford is $7500 poorer. More

So back on December 1st 2022 I wrote a review about my daughter's purchase of a Kia Soul....to date Dewey Ford has NOT taken care of the problem and she is STILL having to try to get them to follow throug daughter's purchase of a Kia Soul....to date Dewey Ford has NOT taken care of the problem and she is STILL having to try to get them to follow through with fixing the car. Very poor service. Scheduled an oil change at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:45. 3 hours later my service was completed. This has ended, I shall never I mean never step foot in this establishment again. There were at least 5 individuals that came after me and left before me.
