So back on December 1st 2022 I wrote a review about my daughter's purchase of a Kia Soul....to date Dewey Ford has NOT taken care of the problem and she is STILL having to try to get them to follow throug daughter's purchase of a Kia Soul....to date Dewey Ford has NOT taken care of the problem and she is STILL having to try to get them to follow through with fixing the car. I remind you she purchased an almost $4500 warranty in addition to the fact this was SUPPOSED to be a certified vehicle. DEWEY YOU HAVENT TREATED HER BETTER YOU HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF HER! More

Very poor service. Scheduled an oil change at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:45. 3 hours later my service was completed. This was "quick change" never once did anyone approach me to apologize for the lengthy time it was taking. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. This has ended, I shall never I mean never step foot in this establishment again. There were at least 5 individuals that came after me and left before me. The only reason that i returned was it was my last service on the "advantage care package" Anyone who wants to subject their selves to such poor service call this number 515-289-4949 There is not enough money they could throw my way that could change my mind about this dealership, there are too many other Ford dealerships that would value my business More

My daughter bought a 2016 "certified" Kia Soul from Dewey Ford in ankeny iowa 3 WEEKS AGO...I had no idea they were so sneaky and greedy. The certified car she bought was using A LOT of oil and it turn Dewey Ford in ankeny iowa 3 WEEKS AGO...I had no idea they were so sneaky and greedy. The certified car she bought was using A LOT of oil and it turns out the motor is bad. Imagine that! But to top.it ALL off, the sales man still talked her into a $4500 extended warranty. NEITHER of these warranties cover pistons. Imagine that. So not only did they sell her a BAD certified car BUT they talked her out of another $4500. She has 3 kids15, 12 and 11. She is the only parent in the household and works 2 jobs. The second job is why she was buying the car because so much travel is required. I am so angry and hurt that in this situation. My daughter has tried and worked so hard and then to have some dealership that we all know makes money hand over fist takes advantage of single parent household just trying to keep their head above water. What is she supposed to do. This car she bought 3 weeks ago. I know everyone has their problems but come on...they have toldher that they are sorry but that's all they can / will do. I am so ashamed of my fellow man and at Christmas time to boot. I could say so much more but it isn't going to make a difference. They are money hungry and always will be. Sorry these car dealers ever got bailed outby government. More
