I have continued to go to this dealership for the last 8 years to service my vehicle and they have been outstanding to work with. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the fact that they always bend my r years to service my vehicle and they have been outstanding to work with. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the fact that they always bend my rear license plate on my Ford Maverick every time I get an oil change. I'm not sure why and I wish it would stop. More

my 91yr old dad bought a Ford Escape from you 3 yrs ago and was told how great the service dept is. Yesterday he had his car picked up and gave the young lady the coupon that Dewey sent him via UPS for $89 and was told how great the service dept is. Yesterday he had his car picked up and gave the young lady the coupon that Dewey sent him via UPS for $89.99 for tire rotation and oil change. He was called 20 minutes later from the service dept and asked about squeaky brakes. Dad explained there's no problem with brakes but did remind him of the coupon. The man on the phone said he'd honor the coupon. When dad picked up the car the guy at the service dept said he didn't know anything about the coupon, that dad owed $109.99 and he's not going to honor a coupon he knows nothing about. He was very unprofessional and would not take the time to even look into the possibility of a coupon. Neither my dad or I will be returning to Dewey, I also bought my last truck at Dewey last year. If I could rate this lower I would. $20 may not seem like much but to my dad its a lot. When asked for a receipt he said his printer was down. There were 2 recalls my dad said he didn't know if they were addressed or not. More importantly, your service dept represented the entire dealership very poorly. Rest assured I will be posting this on all my social media. More

Recently purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport with this dealership. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this was by far this best experience that I had from start to finish. Maddie, my sales dealership. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this was by far this best experience that I had from start to finish. Maddie, my sales person showed outstanding customer service throughout the process ensuring my needs were met. I process took less than 2 hours and I was on my way with an excellent car! I purchased a vehicle from Dewey Ford in 2022. The salesman was extremely friendly Greg, but since the purchase, the service of my vehicle it has been an absolute nightmare. My final straw, and believe it or not the reason that I've downloaded the Yelp app to begin with, is to leave a review in regard to their service department. Their team member John attempted to fear-monger me Into accepting a diagnostic test, threatening that it could endanger the safety of myself and or my family. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership or having your vehicle serviced at the dealership as the service team cannot provide adequate repairs in a timely manner and will attempt to fearmonger to price gouge their own repeat clients. While I enjoyed the sales process, the service department has completely turned me off from considering future business at Dewey Ford. More
