It started out not that great when i arrived and told them I only wanted a oil change not to do the recalls since I didn't have time to leave the car. So the greeter lady said it would be a 3 hour wait f them I only wanted a oil change not to do the recalls since I didn't have time to leave the car. So the greeter lady said it would be a 3 hour wait for a oil change because there were a few walk inside before me..I said I set this appointment up 4 weeks ago she said that's for just the recalls. So then the advisor spoke to me and said it maybe a few hours. So I waited. I was never asked what kind of oil I used,when the advisor walked into to waiting area I had to ask what the price difference were for full synthetic oil.the mustang was there for the first time. They wait wasn't 3 hours it was actually a little over an hour which made it a little better.like I said it started out low stars but ended up a 3-4 stars. More
