Beau & Harley worked very hard to give us the best deal they could. Beau went above and beyond to get the plan A completed so we would not have to bring our pickup back another day since we live 2 hours a they could. They've had my business for a number of years - started going there first because of Mark Vukovich, and even though he isn't there any more, their standards and customer service remain top notch! Andrew Parks was very helpful in finding and relaying information over the telephone about the vehicle we were interested in buying. He located the 2011 Ford F-250 Diesel with the options we wanted and had it ready for us to pick up in about business 30 hours (it came from out of state). We were, also, very satisfied with the price we paid. Luke Reitz did our financing with easy to understand explanations of our options. Scott Fluegel went over the operations of the F-250 and answered questions of about options that were on it. Since we are replacing a 1997 Lariat, there's a lot more to know than was on it. Everyone we dealth with on this purchase was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The two-hour drive home was very satisfactory and quiet. We are looking forward to taking it to Branson, MO, for a few days; and, then to Arizona pulling a trailer with our Jeep Cherokee on it later this winter. More
