Although Denise was the direct salesperson, Mike helped a lot with the aftersale questions and details. He and Denise are exceptional sales people and extremely hard working to help the customer. Dewey Ford is a great dealership that definitely works hard for their customer's. The Internet Department saved me a TON of time with their no haggle approach. The service department is a rip off. I took my '93 cougar in to have the head gaskets replaced. The service tech quoted me $2,000 to fix it. After I had stated that $2,000 is more then the car is worth, he p in to have the head gaskets replaced. The service tech quoted me $2,000 to fix it. After I had stated that $2,000 is more then the car is worth, he proceeded to try and buy the car from me for $100 (He was going to pay the cost of the diagnostics for me, and thus take my car), which is a total rip off. <br><br>Took my cougar to another dealership in the area and paid $600 for my head gaskets to be replaced.<br><br>I will have to say that the managers are very nice, and took care of that service tech (He's been fired). But I wouldn't recommend the service department there. More
