I am 78 years old and have avoided buying cars as much as possible all of my life. One of the primary reasons I went back to Subaru and Dewey Griffin is the excellent, beyond the call of duty, service Service Manager Mark Townley has provided to my wife (also a Subaru owner) and me for many years. John Evans, my primary contact in buying the CrossTrak, and everyone else involved in the process made the experience as painless as possible. They were all courteous, efficient, fair, knowledgeable, clear, and friendly. I told John that I wanted an orange (since they did not come in yellow) CrossTrek with all of the available safety features. John never tried to sell me anything else. Rather, he quickly located the car at a dealership in the Seattle area, and soon it was on its way to Bellingham. John patiently and clearly demonstrated and explained to me the features of the car, particularly the safety and computer driven features with which I was not familiar. John gave me his card with his cell phone number on it and said for me to call him any time whenever I had questions or concerns. I was a bit surprised that John and his colleagues even made the experience a sort of fun. As I look out of my window through the rain at my bright orange CrossTred sitting in the driveway, I am a bit astounded. More
