Matt in service dept was very helpful while we waited for our Optima to be serviced. We had an appointment made online the day before. Took about 70 min despite being very crowded. They sold me a KIA Soul that had many problems, and solving each one was a terrible experience, going back and forth countless times. Six times to solve a simple problem: a gas leak with the AC, and I solving each one was a terrible experience, going back and forth countless times. Six times to solve a simple problem: a gas leak with the AC, and I really don't know if it's been resolved. They gave me the vehicle with only one key. I've gone back many times, and six months later, they won't give me the second key and only give excuses. They also sold me the car with a defective battery and now they want to sell me a new battery for $444.04. And the rudeness I suffered from the manager is beyond words. More
I have used DeFeo Kia since 2021 when I bought my Optima. There were 3 incidents where the oil plug was loose and it leaked out onto my driveway.
