Salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I went to the dealership, at my daughter's request, to look at three specific cars. Simply stated, I was looking at price, warranties, reliability, and payment structure. The typical reaction at most car dealerships is to get the salesman's "bum rush" and the push to buy a car, any car. That was not my experience at Difeo Kia. I was free to wander about the dealership and I was approached by one of the salesmen, Al Angelo. There was no pressure or push to fill a quota. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and most important he was personable. He understood my stated needs, knowledge, and what could be accomplished. We developed some common ground and an understanding. His knowledge of the Kia products gave me some new knowledge and a better appreciation. I learned that the two cars that I came in about would not fill my needs. His worthwhile suggestions opened other avenues of interest. He turned me on to the Soul and the Sportage. I don't know where it will end up, but I do know that I will be back at the dealership with my daughter and Mr. Angelo. Mr. Angelo was able to take the stigma out of the car buying experience and he was able to translate the encounter into one of helpfulness and understanding. Appreciation Renata made an impression on us and my niece. She came in with a 2014 Kia Forte whose engine just died. Come to find out she didn't have GAP insurance Renata made an impression on us and my niece. She came in with a 2014 Kia Forte whose engine just died. Come to find out she didn't have GAP insurance and they company she bought the car from wouldn't work with her to get this fixed. Renata made a bad situation so much better. I'm visiting my brother and his family from FL and Renata helped my niece get into a safer vehicle. I'd buy a car from her in a heartbeat if I lived here. Thank you More

Was pleasantly surprised when All stepped up and guided us to a car that while not marked with KIA certified was actually based on the paperwork was Certified and carried the full remaining warranties. Car had 12,000 miles less and was cheaper then the other car of similar type. Very happy with the purchase and quality of service. More

So one day I went to DiFeo Kia just to take a look at a stinger. Upon exiting my vehicle I was approached by AL Angelo, and from the moment I started talking to him, I knew I had made the right decision in coming to this dealership. AL took me for a test ride in a Stinger GT1 and needless to say I was hooked. Upon returning to the dealership I met two of the managers who made me a great deal and I purchased the Stinger. I would like to thank the Managers, the finance manager and most of all AL Angelo for the most enjoyable car buying experience of a lifetime. The owners of DiFeo Kia should be proud of them all. More
