Renata Picioccio was extremely friendly and made my entire experience relaxed and stress free. She accessed my current situation and got me the exact car I wanted to test drive. After the test drive I was in love with the vehicle and sat down to work out the lease agreement. Again the entire process was stress free. I did not feel pressured by anyone in the dealership.
