The financial manager, Mike, worked hard to find all the possibilities and rebates that made this sale happen. He was also very patient with us as he explained all the details regarding the financing. Al was also very informative, as he explained all the details about our new vehicle, and had us on our way! The Dealership even had a basket of snacks for early arrivals, and a Jersey Mike's plate of sandwiches for the patrons who were there waiting for service, etc. The overall experience was incredible. We highly recommend DiFeo Kia. More

Best Dealership Ever!!! My wife and I drove almost 80 miles to get to the a great lease deal at Difeo Kia in Lakewood, NJ on a Telluride SX. Funny thing, my first car financed, was purchased in 1995 from Difeo Ford in Jersey City, NJ. Thank you Renee for your courteous follow up calls to see if we were still interested in the vehicle and promptly alerting us when one was delivered. She convinced management to give us “1st Dibs” on a deal over another potential buyer. Sammy Chow was the NICEST product consultant we’ve ever met. His focused customer service both eased alot of the stress and made the deal process pleasant (even provided a little humor)! During the test drive, Sammy demonstrated he was well educated on the Telluride SX and it’s many options. Upon deal close, Sammy assisted us with transferring our possessions from our former leased vehicle and explain the process of his returning the vehicle to the nearby Hyundai dealership on our behalf. While all on the Difeo Kia sales force were friendly, we suggested you see Sammy if you want the most pleasant experience!!! Big thanks to both Sales Manager Mike and Finance Manager Mike for holding the vehicle and most importantly for a great lease deal!!! I sat down with him and in record time was looking at numbers that made me smile. The lease was going in my husband's name and he couldn't be there so Kenny actually drove the new car right to our house later that evening and we were able to sign the paperwork and receive the keys to our new car without wasting hours of our life sitting in a dealership.
