I called one morning and Renee helped get the process started by emailing the credit app ahead of time and had set us up later that day with an honest and very helpful salesman, Simon Zion, later that same day. Renee picked the right person to help us buy a car. Simon listened and understood our needs and helped us purchase our second Kia. More

Finally not a waste of time! I want to thank Ty and Mike who helped my daughter (19) finance her first car. She is a full time college student and employed full time. She has established some credit but let’s face it we all know how long it takes time to build. She is responsible and saved her hard earned money for a down payment. Every dealership we went to would not even consider or try financing her without a co-signer. We wanted her to try to get it on her own just to establish more significant credit on her own. Not only did Ty and Mike get her financed. They did not take every dollar she saved. She was able to keep some of her savings to fall back on and treated her with respect and honesty. They gave her sound advice and an amazing 10.9% finance rate. We were there with her every step of the way but never once did they try to take advantage of her as a first time buyer. We need more dealerships and dealership employees to be like this. They put her best interest at heart first and made the sale work for what she could afford. She drove off the lot with her new 2019 Kia Optima with a sense of achievement that hard work pays off. Her dad and I will be purchasing our Kia towards the end of April.
