Best customer service I Have been a customer of Kia since 2013 and have been to three different Kia dealerships & this dealership by far has been the absolute best. I went in for a tire replacement with no appointment & the service guys could not have been any nicer, they took my car and had it repaired within an hour. While I was leaving I stopped to QUESTION what my options would be about trading in my car due to me being over my miles & a couple hours later I was leaving with a brand new car! Being a 25 year old girl, I don't know much when it comes to purchasing a car. In the past I have definitely been taken advantage of and ripped off which put me in a tough situation when it came to trading in my cars. So, this time I bought my dad. Kenny was very patient while listening to everything my dad had to say & what my dad asked of him, Kenny made it happen. I was in a tough situation with my previous Kia lease and Kenny & the staff here went above and beyond of what I could have ever asked for to make sure I got the car. Its tough sitting in a dealership for hours but at the end of the day I have to say I wouldn't have wanted to spend those hours at any other dealership & thank you to all the staff for being the friendliest & happiest people. Tom Larca made Car Buying So Easy and Painless I recently leased a new Kia from Difeo and everyone that i came in contact with was fantastic. Tom Larca my sales person destroyed any stereotype of I recently leased a new Kia from Difeo and everyone that i came in contact with was fantastic. Tom Larca my sales person destroyed any stereotype of a car salesman that i may of had at the time. He made the transition from my older vehicle lease (from another make and dealer) to my new Kia a seamless easy process. He asked all the right questions to find out what i wanted and just went about doing all he could to help put me in the right vehicle. He was fantastic. The whole process was the quickest and best experience i have ever had leasing (or buying a car). He really was awesome to work with at Difeo. Frank in the service department was also fantastic. He introduced himself to my wife and me and told us about the oil change program that Difeo offered. He also ran through some service plans that we might be interested in and at no time was he pushy or trying to sell us products or services we didnt need or want. That was such a nice change from previous experiences we had at other car dealerships. Finally, Mike Ratz who handled all the financial details was also just was great to deal with. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood all the details of of our lease. He also took the time to entertain and fully answer all of our questions.
