The highlight was it’s certified preowned so the warranty is a huge point of interest, especially with the low mileage it had. They didn’t try to push extra warranty, GAP coverage, or extras until the end of the process, even then it was comfortable and nonaggressive. I would have opted in for extras but I wanted to keep my payments lower. More
