Superb service I recently brought my 2013 Sorrento to the Service Department when it mysteriously began stalling. From the moment I arrived, I received friendly and I recently brought my 2013 Sorrento to the Service Department when it mysteriously began stalling. From the moment I arrived, I received friendly and personal attention from Frank Mullin and Matt Glerum. They had the engine tested and explained the 2013 Sorrento recall. They quickly arranged for a courtesy car and sent me on my way. I was told that it might take a while and that they would call me when it was ready. I also had a cracked windshield which Frank made sure was replaced. The whole experience was comfortable and easy. Both Matt and Frank were extremely professional and, courteous and made me feel like a part of the family, As a result, I will recommend DiFeo KIA to all my friends. More
