My vehicle was brought in immediately, diagnosed (plug under the carriage had unplugged) and I was on the road in less than an hour. My only regret was I did not note the technician's name and that I do not live in the Auburn,MA area so I could patronize this dealership. It was then when headed inside to make the deal, when inside I briefly waited for the phone calls and paper work, but in the mean time I was treated with wat I would compare to Royalty. Brought in my 2008 Tahoe for a minor electrical issue with the power windows, was told to get a coffee in the waiting area and they would be back with me quickly. Very quick service and I was kept informed. There was no cost at all since it was under warranty. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I would return. Having been to other dearlships I know that saleman can be pretty pushy. Not Darren! From the moment he asked "may I help you?", I felt at ease - not pressured.
