It just happened to be Lou's day off so we had the pleasure of working with Darren Chamberlin. Darren exceeded all of our expectations. He understood that we already had a relationship built with another salesman but went above and beyond to make sure this experience would be just as successful. The salesmen at Diamond are nothing but liars and just try to make a sale rather than satisfy their customer. They will promise you the world and not come through. My vehicle has been back several times for the same issues which they caused in the vehicle and when a part needed to be replaced, they voided all my warranties. They cheat you and scam on the financing end of it. The management there has very poor customer service skills and are only worried about the dollar signs. Worst experience ive ever had with a dealership. Absolutely disgusting. will never return to Diamond Auto Group. More
