I say that because I saw it from the waiting room. I made an appointment for 9:15am and saw them start on my car at 11:45 and finish at 12:06pm. That’s very inconsiderate for their “valued customers “ . Never again will I go for an oil change here. And if you want to waste 3- 4 hours of your day for a simple oil change, then go ahead. There’s also a vendor that goes sales flavored water and food and they all went to purchase like if they didn’t have work to do. More

I regularly do my oil changes I show up at 7am they take me vehicle I wait in the lobby when it is done i can then take my car and go home. This time when I got there at 7 am they tell me the Tex’s don’t ge me vehicle I wait in the lobby when it is done i can then take my car and go home. This time when I got there at 7 am they tell me the Tex’s don’t get there until 8 am so I have to wait for the Uber to pick me up and take me home. Wait for 3 hours to get a call that my vehicle is done then wait Again for the Uber to come get me to pick up my vehicle. I have been a customer for years if this is what your customer service is going to it is time to look into other options. More

DO NOT go here! We took our vehicle to Diamond Chevy of San Bernardino because of a transmission leak. The mechanic I regularly use, doesn't do transmission work, so We took our vehicle to Diamond Chevy of San Bernardino because of a transmission leak. The mechanic I regularly use, doesn't do transmission work, so I thought it would be best to take my Chevy to the local dealership. MAN, WAS I WRONG! I initially took the truck there on Feb 10, 2025. After weeks and not hearing anything, I went to the service department manager, Martin Granado, who told me the service advisor Nathan had quit and my truck would be taken care of ASAP. On March 17th, the repair was completed, I paid the $2700 and picked up my truck. A couple weeks later, my wife noticed it was leaking transmission fluid again and once I was back in town from my work trip, I took it back to Diamond. Again, after a couple weeks and no communication, my wife and I went in to talk to Mr. Granado. This time, we're told that they had not "correctly diagnosed" the issue, thus NOT performed the proper repair. He told us the now correct repair would be made for free and I would be notified once completed. That was April 18. It is now May 19th. I have contacted every service advisor I can get ahold of, called and emailed both Mr. Granado the service department manager and Israel Mora, the General Manager... To absolutely no avail. I have been super patient, considering this dealership is virtually holding my vehicle hostage. Our family does rely on this vehicle, and not having it has caused us a TON of stress over the past 3 months. If you are reading this.. Please don't make the mistake I did. This place operates unprofessionally. There is gross incompetence, negligence, and ineptitude. More
