I made an appointment two days earlier to get my 12 volt battery replaced. Specifically asked to make sure that they had the battery inventory. I showed for my 9:00 am appointment and checked in. While wait battery replaced. Specifically asked to make sure that they had the battery inventory. I showed for my 9:00 am appointment and checked in. While waiting in the lounge I was told my battery wouldn’t be there until 3:00 pm. Also the service writer had no clue how to enter their on line special on the battery. Service Manager was no help resolving any of the issues. I ended up going to Les Schwab to get my battery replaced. More
