My car sat there for 2 weeks and they never worked on it or did the diagnostic to figure out the issues. Then they tried to CHARGE me for work they didn’t do when I had it towed to a dealer who could fix it or did the diagnostic to figure out the issues. Then they tried to CHARGE me for work they didn’t do when I had it towed to a dealer who could fix it. They only communicated with me once, ignored my calls and messages, and were severely understaffed. My family member had to start going up there to check on the car and each time, it was just sitting there untouched where it was originally dropped off. The service advisor was uncommunicative and never at work. Another advisor Alan was so nasty and rude he made my blood boil. My family has owned multiple Chevy’s and purchased from this dealer but they will never get another dime from us. Worst car experience in all of our lives combined! If I could leave zero stars I would. More

My experience at the dealership was very good. I especially liked the part how everyone was friendly.
