DO NOT go here! We took our vehicle to Diamond Chevy of San Bernardino because of a transmission leak. The mechanic I regularly use, doesn't do transmission work, so We took our vehicle to Diamond Chevy of San Bernardino because of a transmission leak. The mechanic I regularly use, doesn't do transmission work, so I thought it would be best to take my Chevy to the local dealership. MAN, WAS I WRONG! I initially took the truck there on Feb 10, 2025. After weeks and not hearing anything, I went to the service department manager, Martin Granado, who told me the service advisor Nathan had quit and my truck would be taken care of ASAP. On March 17th, the repair was completed, I paid the $2700 and picked up my truck. A couple weeks later, my wife noticed it was leaking transmission fluid again and once I was back in town from my work trip, I took it back to Diamond. Again, after a couple weeks and no communication, my wife and I went in to talk to Mr. Granado. This time, we're told that they had not "correctly diagnosed" the issue, thus NOT performed the proper repair. He told us the now correct repair would be made for free and I would be notified once completed. That was April 18. It is now May 19th. I have contacted every service advisor I can get ahold of, called and emailed both Mr. Granado the service department manager and Israel Mora, the General Manager... To absolutely no avail. I have been super patient, considering this dealership is virtually holding my vehicle hostage. Our family does rely on this vehicle, and not having it has caused us a TON of stress over the past 3 months. If you are reading this.. Please don't make the mistake I did. This place operates unprofessionally. There is gross incompetence, negligence, and ineptitude. More
Maintenance personnel need customer service training. . They are way too busy socializing and ignoring clients until they feel like acknowledging you’re there. Hello, This has been the fifth car purchase I have made. My first time at a Chevrolet dealership this has been the worst experience ever! Worst customer service, was talked down from all 3 managers. Comments that were made regarding my feedback when numbers were being given before the purchase were uncalled for. At the end of the day I’m Making the monthly payment and know what fits my finances. Numbers where being changed, didn’t make any sense when I have a perfect credit score and also great income that any dealership would love to finance me at any time. People please make sure you do your research before ever attempting to buy a car from this location. Do not let the Luis ever talk to you in the way he was speaking to me!!! He should be fired!!! Non communicative, will not return calls and will have you on hold 20+ minutes. I consistently have to call to ask if my parts came in they never call me.
