Underhanded and corrupt. Stay far away! We're interested in a car at this dealership, had already found a car we liked but were interested in getting a different color. Called the dealership to see if they could match the price we had, they refused to deal over the phone, so we drove well over 1 1/2 hours to negotiate. When we came in they would not just negotiate the price of the car, but made us take it on a test drive and fill out financing paperwork before negotiations passing us through multiple salespeople. Could not meet the price we had and gave us a higher price after making us wait forever for the back and forth from salesperson to manager. They wanted to charge us an additional $1000 for a warranty they promote on their website as being free and included on all of their cars. We initially decided we did not want to pay more for the same car in a different color and went home. Ultimately changed our mind and decided we were willing to pay more for the color we really wanted. Called to let them know we would be coming in to get the car and was told that another manager was now involved and they would not honor the price they had given the day before, but we could have the car for another $200. I asked to have this new manager call us to discuss. He never called us. The first manager did finally call us back over 6 hours later. Underhanded and corrupt sales practices. Stay far away! More

He was very helpful and offered ways I could save money which I really appreciated. I like that they give my car a full diagnostic when I come in for an oil change. Some people might say that this is a way to look for more work. My family depends on my car working well so I appreciate the "report card" each time. I never feel pressured into any work. The service personnel have always been honest about how immediate I need to have the work done. This last visit was one of these immediate visits. The only minor complaint is the long wait time -BUT there is a comfortable waiting area with coffee & tea fully stocked. I was also offered a shuttle to take me home while I waited for my Pilot to be worked on AND even a ride back to service department when it was done! On the positive side- long wait times mean this service department will be around a long time & people must like bringing their cars here. Otherwise, they wouldn't be so busy. More

I purchased my vehicle at Diamond Honda & that in itself was a really smoothe experience with Edgar. Anyway David was my auto tech (not sure what the correct term is) I was told it originally costs $96.00 to get the A1 service completed which is an oil change & tire rotation. An hour later my my car was ready and a rotation was not needed so the final bill was about $56.00. It was also inspected for additional services but none was needed. More
First service was extremely disappointing. The service manager asked in an email IF we could not mark "excellent" as a review of the service received, to call him or her. We called Diamond Honda and left two messages for the service manager to return our call. No one returned our call. A part of the assembly for the spare tire was left in the console; the hood of the car was left unsecured; the price for the new tire was quoted to be $120 with $20 for installation; the bill showed we'd OK'd $180 which was not true; the vehicle is a 2016 Honda Odessey - and the tire is not warranted. Upon further review, please change that rating to one (1) star. More

Just wanted a battery for my key I went to the Cashiers to get a new bettery for my key. No one helped me after 6 min later. Service with trust and knowledge I brought my car to Alan for a service and there was a noticeable revving noise after i took my foot off the gas pedal. within 2 hours i was informed I brought my car to Alan for a service and there was a noticeable revving noise after i took my foot off the gas pedal. within 2 hours i was informed the wheel bearings had gone bad. in addition to this service i needed more parts replaced. alan walked me through every step of the process and explained why this was needed and why i should not wait. Parts had to be ordered and not all of them showed up. Alan did not hesitate to extend the rental car for me until the car was ready. Granted no one wants to spend money on servicing their car, but when the details are explained it not only reaffirms my trust in alan, but also my trust in Honda. More
