1 star is being generous, this place actually deserves 0 stars, not only was I lied to about making a deal happen, but they try to misinform you so that you apply for a loan through them. Earlier today, I went in with a pre-approval in hand and with what I thought was a deal made with John Ruiz, who to make matters worse is the sales manager. John lies to you to get you in the dealership and once you’re there he tells you that selling you the car at the agreed and promised price would make him take a loss and he was not going to do that.Before making a three hour trip to them I made it clear that I had been pre-approved with my credit union and had no interest in applying elsewhere.They tell me that they need to run my credit to verify my identity, hello, what??? You have my license and I have provided you with my social, what else do you need??? The deceitful tactics used by sales manager John Ruiz is the reason why people hate dealing with dealerships.
